目的:研究藤黄科植物Garcinia maingayii的化学成分。方法:采用柱层析方法分离和纯化化合物,根据各种波谱和X-衍射分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从该植物的茎皮中分离并鉴定出5种化合物:isoxanthochymol(1) ,camboginol(2)5 ,7 ,2′,5′-tetrahydroxy flavan-3-ol(3),stigmasterol (4)和griffipavixanthone (5) ,其中1和2为polyisoprenyl benzophenones类化合物,5为bixanthone类化合物。结论:以上5种化合物都是首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物1、2和5对小鼠P388白血病细胞有细胞毒活性,其IC50分别为1.47 ,4.90和0.42μg·mL-1。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the Garcinia maingayii plant. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography and the structures of the compounds were identified by various spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction analyses. Results: Five compounds were isolated and identified from the bark of the plant: isoxanthoxymol(1), camboginol(2)5,7,2′,5′-tetrahydroxy flavan-3-ol(3), stigmasterol (4) And griffipavixanthone (5), wherein 1 and 2 are polyisoprenyl benzophenones, and 5 is bixanthones. CONCLUSION: The above five compounds were all isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 2 and 5 had cytotoxic activity against mouse P388 leukemia cells with IC50 of 1.47, 4.90 and 0.42 μg·mL-1, respectively.
