苏联基辅机器制造专业设计局设计了毛坯表面粗加工自动定心的多爪定位夹头,可用来取代普通夹头。在固定在机床主轴上的夹头(见附图)的壳体2内有沿周边并与夹头旋转轴中心线成角度均匀分布的六个孔。孔中装有六个卡爪1用来卡紧工件3。卡爪与拉盘8连接,并通过螺杆7与机床的液压油缸的活塞杆连接。为了避免在夹紧状态下的变形,在每个卡爪的下部开有放置卡住六个卡爪的圆形弹簧6的圆形凹槽。被夹紧的零件3装在垫块5上。夹头外端面中间部分装有防止切屑和冷却液进入的封盖4。
The Soviet Kyiv Machinery Design Bureau designed a multi-claw positioning collet for automatic roughing of the rough surface, which can be used instead of the common collet. In the housing 2 fixed to the collet (see the attached drawings) on the main shaft of the machine tool, there are six holes evenly distributed at the periphery and at an angle to the center axis of the chuck rotating shaft. The hole is equipped with six claws 1 for clamping the workpiece 3. The jaws are connected to the pull-plate 8 and are connected to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the machine tool via a screw 7. In order to avoid deformation in the clamped state, a circular groove is formed in the lower portion of each claw to receive the circular spring 6 which holds the six claws. The clamped part 3 is mounted on the spacer 5. The middle part of the outer surface of the collet is equipped with a cover 4 for preventing chips and coolant from entering.
