目的分析妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血的疗效;方法选择我院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的围绝经期功血患者100例,按随机原则将患者分成对照组和实验组,各50例。对照组患者在诊断性刮宫后给予黄体酮胶丸治疗,实验组患者则给予妈富隆治疗;结果实验组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);且实验组患者阴道控制出血时间、完全止血时间显著短于对照组患者(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面两组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对围绝经期功血患者应用妈富隆治疗,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Marvelon in treating peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 100 cases of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group 50 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with progesterone capsules after the diagnostic curettage, while those in the experimental group were treated with Marvelon. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) Control bleeding time, complete bleeding time was significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05); in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The application of Marvelon in peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients has significant curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
