在我国实施计划生育政策的时候,其他的国家同样感受到人口过剩已然形成了一种伦理困境,并积极寻找超越困境的良方。美国作家丹·布朗的小说《地狱》以好莱坞大片式的震撼,用文学的方式对人口困境的伦理和法律进行了思考和观照,形象地表明计划生育政策是解决人口过剩危机最为合理有效的对策,但我们还要在寻找公民的生育权与国家公共利益间的平衡路径,只有这样才能实现人类社会的可持续发展。
When implementing the policy of family planning in our country, other countries also feel that the overpopulation has become an ethical dilemma and is actively looking for ways to overcome the dilemma. American writer Dan Brown’s novel “Hell” shocked by the Hollywood blockbuster, using literature to think and observe the ethics and law of population dilemma, vividly showed that the family planning policy is the most reasonable and effective countermeasure to solve the crisis of overpopulation However, we must also look for a balanced path between the citizen’s right to reproductive rights and the national public interest. Only in this way can we achieve the sustainable development of human society.
