在以氯化物混合熔体为电解质的镁电解槽中,MgO是一种经常存在的杂质。由于它对电解过程有着严重的不良影响,故引起了不少研究者的注意。本文以作者的试验室试验和工业生产的实践资料为依据,侧重对在我国所采用的MgCl_2-NaCl-CaCl_2-KCl系四成分电解质中氧化镁的行为问题进行了探讨。
MgO is a type of impurity often found in magnesium cells that use a chloride mixed melt as electrolyte. As it has a serious adverse effect on the electrolysis process, it has attracted the attention of many researchers. Based on the author’s laboratory test and practical data of industrial production, this paper focuses on the behavior of MgO in the MgCl_2-NaCl-CaCl_2-KCl four-component electrolyte used in our country.
