本文以内生经济增长理论为基础,研究地方财政支出规模与地方经济增长的关系。考察1987—2006年间各地区财政支出规模与经济增长的差异及变化趋势,并利用29个省份,三大区域面板数据测算不同省份最优财政支出规模。
Based on the theory of endogenous economic growth, this paper studies the relationship between the scale of local fiscal expenditure and local economic growth. The differences and trends of fiscal expenditures and economic growth in different regions from 1987 to 2006 were investigated. The optimal fiscal expenditure scale in different provinces was calculated by using panel data of 29 provinces and three regions.
