目的探讨血管回声跟踪技术在妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用价值。方法对正常妊娠女性35例和妊娠期高血压疾病患者32例(妊娠期高血压患者22例,子痫前期患者10例)应用ET技术检测双侧颈总动脉的硬化度(β)、弹性系数(Eρ)、动脉顺应性(AC)、膨大系数(AI)及单点脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),及二维结构(IMT)的测量。并对所得数据进行统计学分析。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组β、Eρ、AI、PWVβ与正常妊娠组比较明显升高,AC降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论血管回声跟踪技术在评价妊娠期高血压疾病血管弹性、内皮功能方面具有一定的价值,能及早提示妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血管病变程度,为治疗及预防提供依据。
Objective To investigate the value of vascular echo tracing in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Methods 35 cases of normal pregnant women and 32 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (22 cases of gestational hypertension, 10 cases of preeclampsia) ET detection of bilateral common carotid artery sclerosis (β), elastic coefficient (Eρ), arterial compliance (AC), expansion coefficient (AI) and single point pulse wave velocity (PWVβ) and two-dimensional structure (IMT) were measured. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The levels of β, Eρ, AI, PWVβ in gestational hypertension group were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy, and the AC was decreased with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Vascular echo tracking has some value in evaluating vascular elasticity and endothelial function in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. It can prompt the degree of vascular lesions in patients with hypertensive disorders during pregnancy and provide a basis for treatment and prevention.
