我国是一个山水环绕的国家,河流虽然给我们的生活带来了便利,但却阻断了地区与地区之间的交流,所以我们必须建立公路桥涵,来连接河流两岸的经济往来以及人员流动。可是理想是美好的,现实却存在一定的风险性,因为跨河的公路建筑难免会受到洪水以及河流的侵蚀作用。所以要想解决这一因素对公路桥涵的不利影响就必须在设计之时考虑这一影响因素。因此从与时间相关的三个基本概念出发,通过设计洪水频率与设计基准期、设计洪水频率与设计使用年限、设计洪水频率与区域防洪标准、设计洪水频率与抗震设计标准四组对比这几个方面来简要的对公路桥涵设计中设计洪水频率的几点思考进行分析。
China is a country surrounded by landscapes. Although rivers bring convenience to our life, they have blocked the exchange between regions and regions.
