近十多年来,北京矿冶研究总院、有色冶金设计研究总院、沈阳矿山机器厂、江苏省沙洲机械厂等单位,参考美国维姆科、丹佛 D-R 浮选机原理,研究、设计、生产出 JJF 型、XJQ 型、CHF-X型、XJC 型浮选机,并都基本上形成系列,部分通过技术鉴定。由于新型浮选机具有处理量大,工艺适应性强,效率高,功耗低,运转平稳,操作简便,占地面积小,主要易磨损部件使用周期长,便于实现自动调节和自动控制等优点,新设计的选矿厂大都采用上述几种新型浮选机,一些老选厂也开始更新换代,采用新型浮选机取代老式的米哈诺布尔型(A 型)浮选机或浮选柱。
