目的:观察益气健脾、清热利湿,滋阴降火、填精补肾中药配合西药对症治疗顽固性葡萄膜炎患者的疗效及复发率。方法:观察组33例顽固性葡萄膜炎患者依据全身辨证,分别给予益气健脾、清热利湿(19例),滋阴降火、填精补肾(14例)调免中药口服,同时在明确病因的情况下规范使用糖皮质激素。对照组30例仅用糖皮质激素治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效及治愈后的复发率等指标。结果:观察组总有效率87.8%,对照组总有效率66.6%;观察组复发率44.8%,对照组复发率100%;各种免疫学检测指标均有不同程度改善。结论:中药辨证配合西药规范治疗顽固性葡萄膜炎在治愈率及降低复发率方面有明显优势,且对机体免疫功能有双向调节作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and recurrence rate of Yiqi Jianpi, Qingre Lishi, Ziyinhuoxue, Jingjing Bushen Chinese medicine with Western medicine in the treatment of refractory uveitis. Methods: 33 cases of refractory uveitis were randomly divided into three groups according to systemic syndrome differentiation: Yiqi Jianpi, Qingre Lishi (19 cases), Ziyinhuoxue, Jingjing Bushen (14 cases) Clearly regulate the use of corticosteroids in the case of etiology. Control group, 30 cases were treated with glucocorticoid alone, the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were observed in two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate was 87.8% in the observation group and 66.6% in the control group. The recurrence rate was 44.8% in the observation group and 100% in the control group. Various immunological indexes were improved to some extent. Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of refractory uveitis have obvious advantages in the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate, and have two-way regulation on immune function.
