2013年以来,国网江苏省常州金坛供电公司深入贯彻“客户导向、精益生产、创新驱动、持续改进”的精益化管理理念,以“核心资源集约化、主营业务专业化”为重点,全面诊断、治理管理过程中的突出问题和薄弱环节,着力加强营销管控能力、过程控制能力、市场拓展能力、客户服务能力建设,围绕规范化、集约化、信息化、精益化等四个重点,扎实推进县供电企业管理提升和乡镇供电所管理提升两大工程,切实提升企业生产效率和管理水平。
