分裂脑畸形是胚胎期第3～5个月期间移行的神经母细胞受损后所致的一组先天畸形,在大脑原始沟裂附近有对称性或不对称的裂隙,从皮层表面延伸到脑室,主要临床表现为精神发育迟滞、癫痫发作以及运动系统局灶征。本组畸形的诊断主要依靠特征性的CT表现。作者报道9例经CT证实的病例,以提高对本组畸形的认识,及时做出正确的诊断和治疗。
Splitting brain deformity is a group of congenital malformations caused by impaired neuroblastoma during the third to fifth months of embryonic development. Symmetrical or asymmetric fractures are found in the brain near the original dehiscence, extending from the surface of the cortex to the ventricles , The main clinical manifestations of mental retardation, seizures and motor system focal signs. The diagnosis of deformity in this group depends mainly on the characteristics of CT. The authors reported 9 cases confirmed by CT to improve the understanding of this group of deformities, make timely and correct diagnosis and treatment.
