本文用酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)反应标记淋巴细胞的细胞化学方法,对80例正常人外周血淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率进行了观察,见到正常人外周血淋巴细胞的ANAE阳性率为74.1±7.3%,其中ANAE反应为“点状颗粒型”的淋巴细胞百分率为61.5±7.3%,“分散颗粒型”的淋巴细胞百分率为12.6±3.5%。同时我们对20例癌症患者(胃癌10例,乳腺癌5例,直肠癌5例)进行了观察,发现三组癌症患者外周血的淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率都显著地低于正常人(P<0.01),“点状颗粒型”淋巴细胞的百分率也显著地低于正常人(P<0.01),但是,“分散颗粒型”淋巴细胞的百分率和正常人比较没有差别。
