在西气东输二线管道工程中,首次大规模使用建筑模块化设计方法,全面提升了站场建筑设计水平,保证了设计质量与工程进度。论述了模块化设计的基本概念,模块化与标准化的关系,以及建筑模块化设计需要解决的问题。介绍了管道站场的建筑特点,包括站场类型多,工程规模大;站场环境多变,设计条件复杂;站场需求增加,设计要求提高;建筑功能复杂,设计协调量大。应用模块化设计方法,首先将站场建筑单体按功能划分为办公性建筑模块和生产性建筑模块两大类,然后按需求进行二级模块的划分,最后进行房间模块的细分,其遵循的基本原则是以少变应对多变,以简单应对复杂,以集成应对分散。针对目前存在的问题,提出了持续改进设想:优化建筑设计模块、改进模块连接设计及研发新技术模块等。
