本文应用TEM仔细观察研究了碳工钢激光淬火时的“自回火”现象,发现T10A经激光淬火后,在激光峰值硬化区内存在大量细小弥散的碳化物(Fe_3C)沿位错线及孪晶界的析出,它们的大小为几个nm至10nm,且与马氏体基体具有BhagaryatskQ取向关系。在实验的基础上,分析讨论了碳化物析出的热力学和动力学条件。TEM观察研究表明,碳化物析出的“自回火”现象的存在,是碳工钢激光淬火时,在组织上区别于常规淬火的重要特征。
In this paper, the phenomenon of “self-tempering” of carbon steel during laser quenching was studied carefully by TEM. It was found that there was a large number of fine dispersed carbide (Fe 3 C) along the dislocation line and twin in the laser peak hardening zone after T10A laser quenching The precipitation of grain boundaries, their size is a few nm to 10nm, and has a BhagaryatskQ orientation relationship with the martensite matrix. On the basis of experiments, the thermodynamic and kinetic conditions of carbide precipitation are analyzed and discussed. TEM observation shows that the existence of “self-tempering” phenomenon of carbide precipitation is an important feature that the structure of the carbon steel is different from conventional quenching when it is laser quenched.
