目前国家提出开展电力节能调度,优先利用可再生能源(包括水电、风电、生物质能发电以及垃圾发电)发电,给水力发电带来了新的契机,同时对充分利用水能,开展水电站优化调度提出了更高的要求。结合三峡、葛洲坝梯级电站的特点,分析了科学调度,合理利用水资源、提高水能利用率所取的发电效益。提出了梯级水库开展节能调度的有效途径。
