目的　探讨消化性溃疡患者中的十二指肠胃反流对幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)感染的影响。方法　 70例消化性溃疡患者 ,用核素99MTC EHIDA测定十二指肠胃反流 ,胃黏膜Giemsa染色后检测Hp和双抗体夹心ELISA法测定血清Hp IgG水平。 结果　在 42例十二指肠胃反流阴性组中 ,Hp感染率为 83.3% (35 / 42 ) ;2 8例十二指肠胃反流阳性组中 ,Hp感染率为 39.3% (11/ 2 8) ,两组间Hp感染率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。而Hp阳性组 46例患者中 ,十二指肠胃反流阳性率为 30 .4% (14/ 46 ) ;Hp阴性组 2 4例中 ,十二指肠胃反流率为 5 8.3% (14/ 2 4) ,两组间十二指肠胃反流率差异也有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　在消化性溃疡中 ,十二指肠胃反流对胃内Hp感染可能有抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of duodenogastric reflux on Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Seventy patients with peptic ulcer were enrolled in this study. Serum Hp IgG levels were determined by radionuclide 99MTC EHIDA for determination of duodenal gastric reflux, gastric mucosa Giemsa staining for Hp, and double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results Hp infection rate was 83.3% (35/42) in 42 cases of duodenal regurgitation negative group. The infection rate of Hp was 39.3% (2/8) in 28 cases of duodenal gastric reflux positive group ), Hp infection rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05). In 46 cases of Hp positive group, the positive rate of duodenal regurgitation was 30.4% (14/46). Among 24 cases of Hp negative group, duodenal gastric reflux rate was 53.3% (14 / There was also a significant difference in duodenal gastric reflux between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions In peptic ulcer, duodenal gastric reflux may have an inhibitory effect on gastric Hp infection.
