With the development of emergency medicine, the hospital emergency department has become an important part of the emergency medical system. Its organizational management level and personnel quality are directly related to the daily work efficiency and the rescue effect of critically ill patients. This article focuses on some aspects of the organization and management of hospital emergency departments seen during the US study period. I. Analysis: The first step after the patient arrives at the emergency department is the triage. Its main significance lies in the fact that the priority of the patient is determined according to the severity of the patient’s medical condition. This is not just to distinguish between women’s and children’s specialties. This part of the triage will play a role in identifying the real emergency and reasonably arranging patient visits.
