There is an old saying in China: “It is the first thing to do, and it is the second time.” As early as in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States period, Confucius, the great thinker, once pointed out in The Book of Rites and Doctrine: “Everything is foretold, but it is not to be abandoned.” This means that whatever predictions are made, if there are predictions, they will be successful if they are prepared first. Otherwise, they will fail. Scientific predictions are the basis for successful business planning, because they are based on understanding and thinking patterns. The formation of strategy must be controlled and influenced by objective laws. Whether or not the future can be accurately predicted depends directly on the level of strategy and the success or failure of the operation. It can be said that the strategy of superiority comes from the prediction of superiority. Therefore, When enterprises formulate their business strategies, they should attach great importance to the role of forecasting, maintain a clear head, and respond to the external environment in an agile manner, so that they can be ambitious and far-sighted, grasp the future in their business practices, and win their opponents with forecasts.
