通过对上颌神经行程和毗邻关系的观察,为上颌神经痛的手术入路和止血提供有关形态学依据.村料:采用正常成年人头颅标本32侧(男20,女12).方法:打开上颌窦的上外侧壁、眶的外侧壁和下壁并去除翼胯窝的后壁,充分显露上颌神经与上颌动脉的关系,测量神经各段的长度,宽度、厚度和血管外径.结果:上颌神经颅内段;翼腭窝内段;眼下裂内段;眶下沟内段;眶下管内段等长、宽、厚度分别被测量.眶下孔至皮下段的长、觅、厚度是13.1±3.9mm、4.6±1.1mm和2.0±0.4mm.上颌动脉在上颌结节后方的外径是3.0±0.9mm,眶下动脉的外径是1.6±0.4mm.为上颌神经手术的入路和防止出血提供了解剖学资料.
