目的 探讨全反式维甲酸 (ATRA)对肝癌细胞生物学影响的途径。方法 通过体外和动物实验的方法 ,探讨ATRA对肝细胞癌高转移瘤株 (Hca F)体外增殖能力 ,对人工基底膜粘附能力以及对IV胶原酶分泌能力的影响。结果 ATRA对Hca F细胞的体外增殖能力 ,人工基底膜粘附能力 ,以及对IV胶原酶的分泌均有明显的抑制作用 ,其抑制能力在一定范围随ATRA浓度成正比。结论 ATRA在多途径对Hca F细胞生物学行为产生影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on the hepatocellular carcinoma cell biology. Methods The in vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of ATRA on the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma Hca F in vitro, the adhesion to artificial basement membrane and the secretion of IV collagenase. Results ATRA could significantly inhibit the proliferation of Hca F cells in vitro, the adhesion of artificial basement membrane and the secretion of IV collagenase. The inhibitory ability of ATRA was proportional to the concentration of ATRA in a certain range. Conclusion ATRA can affect the biological behavior of Hca F cells in many ways.
