“总看过期杂志,令人扫兴!”“再有指导性,事过境迁,也无意义”……这是许多读者对《中国农垦》出版太晚的尖锐批评。面对一封封质问的信函,我们虽心急如焚,可又实属无奈。复刊以来,报刊发行局规定《中国农垦》的出版日期是每月25日。刊物再经邮局发行,跋山涉水,到读者手中,已是隔月了。一旦邮路不畅,一些边远省份的农场,则常常是一个半月后才能看到杂志。这个老大难问题的存在,极大地影响着《中国农垦》的扩大发行。

Since the resumption of the newspaper, the Press and Publication Administration stipulated that the publication date of “China Reclamation” is on the 25th of each month. Once the postal route is sluggish, farms in remote provinces often have a month and a half to see magazines. The existence of this chronic disaster has greatly affected the expansion of China Land Reclamation.
