高考试题的命制对于高考制度存在发展改革和完善的意义巨大,教育部决定从2015年起高考将逐步实行全国统一命题。高考从分省命题到全国统一命题,不是简单的分离与组合,而是折射着深刻内在的教育发展改革和考试招生制度改革诉求的必然趋势。本文拟对高考命题的这一转型过程进行初步的分析和探讨并对高考回归全国统一命题的优势作用作出阐述,同时还对高考实行全国统一命题的未来进行了前瞻性的展望。
The entrance examination system is of great significance to the development, reform and improvement of the college entrance examination system. The Ministry of Education decided that the college entrance examination will gradually implement the national uniform proposition from 2015 onwards. The college entrance examination from the provincial proposition to the national unity proposition is not a simple separation and combination, but reflects the inevitable trend of profound intrinsic education reform and examination admissions system reform. This article intends to analyze and discuss the transition process of college entrance examination proposition and expound the superiority of college entrance examination returning to the national unity proposition. At the same time, it also prospects the future of national unity proposition of college entrance examination.
