1985~1988年对葡萄果实表皮组织结构及果实中生化物质与抗白腐病的关系的研究。结果表明:果实表皮组织结构决定了葡萄野生种在田间自然条件下对白腐病的抗性。果实中丹宁,游离有机酸和多酚氧化酶活性与抗白腐病存在着显著的或极显著的相关关系。
Study on the relationship between the structure of epidermis and the biochemical substances in fruit and the resistance to white rot of grape from 1985 to 1988. The results showed that the structure of the epidermis determines the resistance of grapevine to white rot under the natural conditions in the field. Fruit tannin, free organic acids and polyphenol oxidase activity and anti-white rot exist significant or very significant correlation.
