以“P——T”原理计量循环供油量的 PT 燃油系统与柴油机的传统柱塞泵燃油系统相比,无论在其构造方面,还是在工作原理方面都截然不同,具有其独特之处.本文以引进的某些工程机械的寇明斯发动机用 PT[G]—AFC—VS型泵为对象,对 PT 泵的工作原理即 PT 泵的供油过程、供油压力的产生、供油压力与发动机转速间的关系、调速与扭矩校正以及空气与燃料比例自动调节等,进行了全面、系统的分析.
The PT fuel system, which uses the “P-T” principle to measure the cyclical fuel supply, is distinct from the conventional piston-piston fuel system of diesel engines in terms of its construction and working principle, and has its unique features. In this paper, the PT[G]-AFC-VS type pump used for the rammings engine of some engineering machinery introduced is regarded as the object. The working principle of the PT pump is the PT pump’s oil supply process, the generation of the supply pressure, and the supply pressure. The relationship between engine speed, speed and torque correction, and air-to-fuel ratio automatic adjustment have been comprehensively and systematically analyzed.
