实例一故障现象:一辆国产CB125T跨式摩托车已行驶4.3万多公里,车主因未及时添加润滑油,使凸轮轴摩擦副等零件烧蚀。维修工对发动机主要零件作了全面检查。清洗机油泵滤网,更换润滑油和凸轮轴、气门摇臂等受损零件,复装后试车发现怠速不稳定,1400r/min的工况下维持不到10s便熄火,故障原因不明。维修过程:维修工先更换了一只本田CB125T摩托车的专用(VE26B)京滨化油器,但未见任何效果。检查配气正时和气门间隙均正常;检查张紧器力度适中,无偏紧现象。询问用户得知,行驶3万公里检修保养时己将左、右缸进气管和上面的O型密封圈全部更换,进气管存在漏气
