在香菇的单孢杂交育种中,单核菌丝是最基本的遗传材料。本文研究了香菇单核菌丝的生长特性,酯酶同工酶过氧化物同工酶和菌丝抽提液的多酚氧化酶的潘性,并与各自的双核菌丝进行了比较。根据菌丝的生长特性,把来自同一亲本的单核菌丝分成四种类型。不同单核菌丝的酯酶和过氧化物同工酶图谱有明显差异,多酚氧化酶的活性有高低,证明香菇单核菌丝除了极性差异外,在菌丝培养和生化性状上也存在着差异。
Monosporous cross-breeding in mushrooms, mononuclear mycelium is the most basic genetic material. In this paper, the growth characteristics, the isozyme of esterase isozymes and mycelial extracts of mushroom monokaryon were studied, and their polyphenolic oxidases were compared with their respective binuclear mycelium.
