主要介绍了一种具有自动寻线、智能避障、智能测距、捡拾硬币、声光报警、数字显示等功能的智能救援机器人的设计。该机器人以直流电机及其控制电路为整个系统的驱动部分,选用AT89S52单片机为整个系统的控制核心,用多种传感器及其控制电路实现机器人的自动寻线、智能避障等功能;采用超声波及其外围电路完成智能测距功能;以电磁铁为主,通过电源的通、断,实现捡、放硬币;为实时观察机器人的状态,还配备了液晶显示器以显示机器人的状态、桥梁的高度等信息。实验证明它能实现智能救援的全部要求,整个系统设计灵巧、控制准确、工作稳定、使用效果良好。
This paper mainly introduces the design of an intelligent rescue robot with such functions as automatic hunt, intelligent obstacle avoidance, intelligent ranging, picking up coins, sound and light alarm, digital display and so on. The robot uses the DC motor and its control circuit as the driving part of the whole system. It selects the AT89S52 singlechip as the control core of the whole system. It uses a variety of sensors and control circuits to realize automatic hunt and intelligent obstacle avoidance of the robot. The peripheral circuit to complete the intelligent ranging function; mainly to the electromagnet, through the power of the pass, off, to pick up, put coins; for real-time observation of the robot state, also equipped with a liquid crystal display to show the robot state, the bridge height information. Experiments show that it can achieve all the requirements of intelligent rescue, the entire system design smart, accurate control, work stability, the use of good results.
