回顾了一些用于微波单级功率放大器的传统技术方案,讨论了各自的优缺点。从电路模块的角度,总结了若干兼顾功放线性度和效率指标的典型电路拓扑形式,包括Doherty电路、包络消除与恢复(EER)技术、LINC技术等,并总结了当前主要采用的基于电路系统层面的微波射频功放线性化方案。在此基础上,列举评点了文献中一些典型功放的电路特点和性能指标,可为设计和制造人员提供有益参考。
Reviewed some traditional technical solutions for single-stage microwave power amplifiers, and discussed their respective advantages and disadvantages. From the perspective of circuit module, this paper summarizes some typical circuit topologies which include the linearity and efficiency index of the power amplifier, including Doherty circuit, EER and LINC technology, and summarizes the main circuit systems The level of microwave RF amplifier linearization program. On this basis, the article lists the circuit characteristics and performance indexes of some typical amplifiers in the literature, which can provide useful references for designers and manufacturers.
