在现代市场经济条件下,我国地勘单位的运行和管理体制发生了明显变化,但从近十年的情况来看,改革并不彻底,地勘单位仍是一种事企合一的经济体。受此影响,旧的管理模式愈发难以适应未来市场的要求。本文着眼于传统人事管理向人力资源管理转型的基本方向,重点讨论地勘系统技术团队的规范、流程化管理等方面的团队建设问题。
Under the conditions of modern market economy, the operation and management system of geological exploration units in our country have undergone significant changes. However, in the past ten years, the reform is not complete and the geological exploration units are still an economic entity . Affected by this, the old management model increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of the future market. This paper focuses on the basic direction of the transition from traditional personnel management to human resource management, and focuses on the team building in the regulation and process management of the technical team of geological exploration system.
