随着我国教育改革的深入,全面推进素质教育。加快教育改革,大力发展职业教育。提高教育质量,增强学生就业创业能力,已经成为一种历史趋势,当前中职学校人才培养的实际效果与市场需求存在着矛盾,人才培养不适应社会的现状与语文教学有着直接关系。本文根据中职语文教学的现状,结合自身教学实践提出了如何解决的相关对策,使学生真正提高适应社会的能力。
With the deepening of education reform in our country, we should comprehensively promote quality education. Accelerate the reform of education and vigorously develop vocational education. Improving the quality of education and enhancing students’ employment and entrepreneurship have become a historical trend. There is a contradiction between the actual effect of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools and the market demand. The current situation that the cultivation of talents does not meet the needs of the society is directly related to Chinese teaching. Based on the current situation of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools and combining with its own teaching practice, this article puts forward some countermeasures to be taken to solve the problems so that students can really improve their ability to adapt to the society.
