里下河地区现有大量的20WZL—70泵站,仅宝应县就有116站159泵。这些站绝大多数建于六十年代末七十年代初。由于当时技术水平低,产品质量差,泵效率较低,加之运行历史长,过流部分锈蚀严重,叶轮和泵壳间隙过大,轴泵磨损厉害,不少站已经瘫痪,且难以修复,即使能出水的站,装置效率也很低。我们抽测了10座代表性泵站,当H_净=1.14米时,平均装置效率(?)装=25.6％,最低的泵仅12.1％,与部颁指标差距极大。因此,对20WZL—70泵不宜只作
Lixiahe area has a large number of 20WZL-70 pump stations, there are only 116 stations in Baoying County 159 pump. The vast majority of these stations were built in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
