通过对自主招生班学生的问卷调查、个体访谈及与同专业统招学生比较等方式,对自主招生学生的特点、管理工作和课程教学进行了研究和探讨,提出了加强学生管理的建议:了解每一位学生,并激发他们的兴趣点,辅导员要有博大的胸怀、强烈的责任心和高度的使命感。另外,针对课程教学提出了调整课程体系、改革教学内容、创新教学方法等建议,为探索“自主招生”模式下高职生的人才培养提供一定的参考。
Through the questionnaire survey of students in independent enrollment classes, individual interviews and comparison with students from other universities and colleges, the characteristics, management and teaching of self-enrollment students are studied and discussed, and the suggestions to strengthen student management are put forward. Each student, and stimulate their interest points, counselors should have a broad mind, a strong sense of responsibility and a high sense of mission. In addition, some suggestions are put forward such as adjusting the curriculum system, reforming the teaching contents and innovating teaching methods for the teaching of the curriculum, so as to provide some references for the exploration of the training of the higher vocational students under the mode of “independent enrollment”.
