什么是管理?管理就是对一切共同活动进行计划、组织、指挥、监督和调节。什么是企业管理?企业管理就是企业为实现其一定目的而合理地组织人与物的因素,有计划地指挥、调节和监督其经济活动。解放三十多年来,我国化工企业的技术装备有了很大发展,企业管理水平也有较大提高。但是,与一些先进行业相比,企业管理还是比较落后的。全国6300多个县以上化工企业,管理比较好的大约只占20％左右,处于中间状态的约占50％,还有30％的企业,
