2005年11月5日,宾阳县疾病预防控制中心(CDC)接到南地卫校附院报告:广西黎塘监狱七监区服刑人员发生了一起食物中毒,中毒共8人。患者主要表现为头晕、眼花、恶心、乏力、口干、皮肤干燥、意识模糊、谵妄、瞳孔散大、心跳快,烦燥不安等中毒症状。宾阳县CDC立即派出应急小分队赶赴现场进行调查处理。经流行病学调查、临床表现分析和实验室检验结果证实,此起中毒事件是由于误服曼陀罗花茶水而发生食物中毒。
On November 5, 2005, Binyang County Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) received a report from the Affiliated Hospital of Southern Wei School: There were 8 food poisoning and poisoning incarceration officers in the seven prison districts of Li Tong prison in Guangxi. Patients mainly manifested as dizziness, vertigo, nausea, fatigue, dry mouth, dry skin, confusion, delirium, mydriasis, rapid heartbeat, irritability and other symptoms of poisoning. Binyang County CDC immediately sent emergency squad rushed to the scene for investigation. The epidemiological survey, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests confirmed that the poisoning incident was due to mistakenly served Datura flowers and food poisoning occurred.
