《汽车发动机构造与维修》是技工院校汽车专业学生的必修课程。随着社会经济的不断发展、汽车行业的不断完善,企业对汽车维修作业人员的水平要求也越来越高。工作岗位也从泰勒主义体系下单一标准的重复性工作转变为综合性工作任务。技术工人仅仅具备专业能力还不足以胜任工作、满足用人单位的需求。技术工人必须能够应用知识、能力和技能,独立解决任务和问题。有条不紊地制定工作计划和步骤,按计划完成工作任务,最后对工作结果进行检查和监督。本文选取了广州市高级技工学校为研究案例,对该校的《汽车发动机构造与维修》课程教学中职业能力培养的现状进行研究调查,同时还关注广东省汽车企业对汽车维修专业毕业生的岗位要求状况,提出有效可行的教学方法,对技工院校《汽车发动机构造与维修》课程教学改革的实施具有一定的意义。

This article selects the Guangzhou senior technical school as a research case, investigates the status quo of vocational ability training in the course of “automobile engine construction and maintenance” of the school, and also pays attention to the position of automobile enterprises in Guangdong Province for graduates of automobile maintenance Request situation, put forward effective and feasible teaching methods, and have some significance for the implementation of the teaching reform in the course of automobile engine construction and maintenance in technical colleges.
