2015年3月5日,农历元宵佳节。绚烂的烟花照亮了人们团圆的笑脸,喜庆的音乐下家人朋友们团聚欢歌。这天也是十二届全国人大三次会议开幕的日子。晚十点,北京西城三里河南三巷财政部办公楼,办公厅研究处的灯还亮着。像这样,无数个特别又普通的日子里,这盏灯就这样默默地亮着。作为起草修改预算报告等重要财政文稿的主要负责处室,这盏深夜里熠熠生辉的明灯代表着财政干部为国理财、为民服务、为财政事业默默奉献的拳拳之情。
