本文首次报道用亲和层析和高效液相色谱等技术由B淋巴瘤M12.4.1的培养上清中分离到一种新的造血调控因子——增殖放大因子(PAF)。PAF在SDSPAGE电泳上呈现分子量为31000 D的单一谱带,比活性较M12.4.1培养上清提高了20000倍,为B淋巴细胞的造血调控作用提供了直接的证据。
This paper reports for the first time that a new hematopoietic regulatory factor, proliferation factor (PAF), was isolated from the culture supernatant of M12.4.1 B lymphoma by affinity chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). PAF showed a single band with a molecular weight of 31000 D on SDSPAGE electrophoresis and the specific activity was increased 20,000 times than that of M12.4.1 culture supernatant, which provided direct evidence for the hematopoietic regulation of B lymphocytes.
