外伤性癫痫是一种外伤后诱发或形成的以反复痫样发作为特征的疾病,系因各种暴力作用于颅脑,致脑实质发生继发性损伤,产生癫痫病灶,引起癫痫发作,故是脑外伤后常见的继发性疾病~([1])。癫痫虽然都是大脑神经元的异常放电,但有许多不同的类型,需要不同的药物来治疗。本文就1例外伤性癫痫患者给予丙戊酸钠的治疗进行简要分析,为临床药师开展个体化用药提供参考。
Traumatic epilepsy is a disease characterized by recurrent epilepsy induced or formed after trauma. It is caused by various kinds of violence in the brain, causing secondary damage to the brain parenchyma, causing epilepsy and causing seizures. Therefore, Is a common secondary brain injury trauma ~ ([1]). Although epilepsy is abnormal discharge of cerebral neurons, but there are many different types, require different drugs to treat. In this paper, a case of traumatic epilepsy patients given sodium valproate treatment brief analysis for the clinical pharmacists to provide personalized reference for the drug.
