为了分析海庙港新增通用泊位工程对周边水域的影响,利用MIKE21建立二维水动力模型,模拟其水动力特性,采用实测资料对模拟结果进行验证。在获得水动力数据的基础上,对溢油事故进行环境影响预测。结果表明,风、潮工况对溢油运动轨迹影响较大,当风向与潮流方向一致时,油膜中心运动速度较大,油膜中心点间距较大,而当风向与潮流方向相反时,油膜运动方向甚至会与潮流方向相反,不同的风向直接导致溢油漂移方向不同。
In order to analyze the influence of newly added common berth project in Haimiao Harbor on the surrounding waters, a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was established by using MIKE21 to simulate the hydrodynamic characteristics of the berth, and the measured data were used to verify the simulation results. Based on the hydrodynamic data obtained, the environmental impact of oil spill accidents is predicted. The results show that the wind and tidal conditions have a great influence on the trajectory of oil spill. When the direction of the wind and the tide are the same, the movement of the oil film center is larger and the center distance of the oil film is larger. When the wind direction and the tide flow direction are opposite, The direction of the trend even with the opposite direction, different directions directly lead to different directions of oil spills.
