小组合作学习是当今课改的重要组成部分,合作学习小组是实现学生自主、合作、探究的载体,合作学习是迈出课改的第一步,它把课堂真正还给学生,充分调动和发挥学生的积极主动性,全面锻炼学生的口才、胆量、思维、合作等多方面的能力。经过不断的摸索与实践,下面以《爬山虎的脚》一课的教学为例,谈谈如何促进学生的小组合作学习能力。
