转变教研的理念、目标、内容、方式,转变教研员的角色,为教师的专业发展提供支持性服务是“以园为本教研制度建设”过程中的关键。北京市西城区教育研修学院学前教研室沈心燕等老师在这方面进行了深入的思考和实践。他们从教研的主体性角度提出了对“自下而上”和“自上而下”关系的思考,从教研的常态性角度提出了对研究与日常实践关系的思考,从教研的开放性角度提出了对自我反思、同伴互助、专业引领等关系的思考,从教研的实效性角度提出了对教研目的、方式与效果等关系的思考。这里的主体性、常态性、开放性和实效性正是我们今天需要努力营造的新的教研文化。他们的研究成果在全国“以园为本教研制度建设”项目教研员研修会上给与会者留下了深刻的印象,本刊将在第6期和第7、8期上连载他们关于如何处理好园本教研中的四组关系的实践思考,相信读者能从中获得诸多启发。

Their research results have left a deep impression on the attendees at the National Seminar on Teaching and Researching the System of Park-based Education and Research Projects.
