随着列车朝着高速化和运行交路长距离化方向发展,从运输技术安全和劳动卫生观点,对机车乘务人员以外的乘务人员健康影响,认为有充分调查研究必要。自1971年10月开始,国营铁路采取了一项主要措施,即将货物列车的运转车长与列车检修员两个工种,合并成为守车乘务员的新工种。为了解这一新工种的健康情况,对冈山列车段197名大阪列车段142名守车乘务员,应用填发答问卡片方法进行了劳动条件调查。通过调查认为守车乘务人员的劳动条件、劳动时间、生活实际情况,对健康有严重影响,具有极为重要卫生学意义。现将调查结果介绍如下:
As the train moves towards long distance with high-speed and long-distance operation, from the technical point of view of transport safety and labor hygiene, it is necessary to conduct adequate investigations and studies on the health effects of flight attendants other than locomotive crew. Since October 1971, the state-owned railway has taken a major measure by merging the two types of working captains of freight trains and train repairers into new types of job-seekers. In order to understand the health condition of this new type of work, a survey of working conditions was conducted on 142 coupe attendants in 197 Osaka train sections of the Okayama train depot using the questionnaire card. Through the investigation, it is considered that the working conditions, working hours, actual conditions of life of the cab to keep the car, have a serious impact on health, has extremely important hygienic significance.
