经济社会的发展迫切需要大量实践型、创新型人才,而开放教育学习者众多,具有体系庞大、潜在合作企业众多、学生职业规划明确等优势。因此为了满足社会发展的需要,以及实现教育公平,开放教育应通过校企合作构建多层次的实践型课程体系,建立校外实训基地,建设“双师型”教师队伍,积极整合内外部资源以提高人才培养质量。
Economic and social development urgently requires a large number of practical and innovative talents, while there are many learners of open education with the advantages of a large system, numerous potential cooperative enterprises and a clear career planning for students.
