目的观察雄激素联合环孢素A治疗再生障碍性贫血患者的临床效果。方法选取医院进行治疗并被确诊为再生障碍性贫血患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组26例。对照组采用传统的雄激素综合治疗方法,观察组在综合治疗基础上加入环孢素A治疗,比较2种方法治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.2%,高于对照组的73.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用雄激素与环孢素A联合用药可有效改善再生障碍性贫血患者的情况,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of androgen combined with cyclosporin A in patients with aplastic anemia. Methods Fifty-two patients with aplastic anemia were selected from hospital for treatment and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 26 cases in each group. In the control group, traditional androgen synthesis therapy was used. The observation group was treated with cyclosporin A on the basis of comprehensive treatment, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two methods. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.2%, higher than 73.1% of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Combined use of androgen and cyclosporin A can effectively improve the condition of patients with aplastic anemia, the effect is obvious, worthy of clinical application.
