留守儿童教育管理难的问题,已经成为农村初中教育中的突出问题。虽然上级部门和学校也出台了不少的规定和办法,如:“一帮一”“手拉手”“寄宿制工程”“心理阳光工程”“代理家长制”“留守儿童之家”“爱心爸爸”“爱心妈妈”等。但应该看到,由于留守儿童教育问题具有长期性、广泛性的特点,解决留守儿童问题在校的教育问题,规范他们的言行,加强思想教育,提高他们的纪律性,让留守儿童学校也能与其他孩子一样在学校健康成长,已让学校领导、班主任和所有任课老师达成共识。
