中石化企业是目前国民经济发展中的重要行业之一。目前,在国家新的经济形势之下,中石化企业发展迎来了新一波的挑战和考验。提高企业本身的资金管理工作能力是企业在发展中重要的内部保障之一。然而目前中石化企业资金管理工作中还存在着一些显著的问题。本文结合中石化企业资金管理工作中的问题,就如何提高企业资金管理工作提出了一些有针对性的建议。
Sinopec Enterprise is one of the important industries in the current national economic development. At present, under the new national economic situation, Sinopec’s business ushered in a new wave of challenges and tests. To improve the ability of the enterprise’s own fund management is one of the important internal guarantees for the development of an enterprise. However, there are still some significant problems in the fund management of Sinopec enterprises. In this paper, Sinopec enterprise funds management issues, on how to improve the work of corporate funds management made some targeted recommendations.
