日本经济产业省的官员担心他们制定的一个新的旨在刺激化学工业发展的税收计划不能获得财政省的通过。经济产业省正在同财政省谈判,希望财政省能将这项税收计划纳入2003年3月底结束的财政年度的预算中去。
Officials at the Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry worried that a new tax plan they set for stimulating the development of the chemical industry would not be approved by the Ministry of Finance. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is currently negotiating with the Ministry of Finance and hopes that the Ministry of Finance will be able to incorporate this tax plan into the budget for the fiscal year ending in March 2003.
