近半月来,对山东能源龙矿集团来说,一条题为《中国唯一海底煤矿北皂煤矿将于今年10月正式关停》的稿件异常火爆,该集团旗下的北皂煤矿今年列入去产能计划,但随之而来的是如何续写辉煌、二次创业。6月上旬,笔者到山西省忻州市采访该矿刚刚组建2个月的山西龙宫项目部,承揽山西龙宫矿两条大巷一条斜井的开拓工程,工程造价款6000多万元。承担该项目的队伍便是为北皂煤矿海下采煤服务的掘进队伍,这也是龙矿集团首个矿井区队外出“打工”的队伍。
