利用合成的粗烷基糖苷(烷基糖苷与脂肪醇混合物),以P2O5为磷化剂,直接制备烷基糖苷与脂肪醇复合磷酸酯。并研究了工艺条件中的影响因素,确定了最佳工艺为:烷基糖苷与P2O5摩尔比为2.8∶1,酯化温度为70℃、反应时间为5.5h,水解温度为70℃、水解时间为2.5h、水解加水量为总固体重量的4%。
Alkyl glucoside and fatty alcohol complex phosphates were prepared directly using synthetic crude alkyl glycosides (alkyl glycosides and fatty alcohol mixtures) with P2O5 as the phosphating agent. The factors influencing the process conditions were studied. The optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of alkyl glycoside to P2O5 was 2.8:1, esterification temperature was 70 ℃, reaction time was 5.5h, hydrolysis temperature was 70 ℃, hydrolysis time For 2.5h, hydrolyzed water volume of 4% of the total solid weight.
